Collection Slips

Previously, when money was being collected, a slip would be attached to the bottom of the paper announcement you would receive home via backpack. 

Now, all flyers will be posted in the GroupMe announcement group as well as posted on the website. You can print a sheet at home or use one of the collection slips on the attached sheet. We are providing each student with 12 collection slips each in this packet. You will be able to print additional sheets of collection slips below, send us an email requesting some additional sheets to be sent home via backpack or pick up some extras at a Family Guild meeting. If you are in a pinch and cannot print a sheet and run out, just simply write out and include a piece of paper with the same information from the collection slip! It is extremely important to always include yours and your child(ren)’s name information on anything submitted!
